Should i.... or should i.... not?

I just couldn't make up my mind to transfer course; trying my luck to get in to business.eng or chemical.eng? Its stressing me up. Or its god's decision/my fate to land in this plight, this course. Or rather, should i just give it my best shot for the next 3years since i'm fated to study it? Afterall, three years isn't long nor its short either.
I need advice!
Seriously.

I've laid my future study paths already. Getting another diploma during my last year of poly.
Then, going into a university. Paper does the trick to get a higher pay/to survive in sg?
Its monday blues...
The cycle repeats every monday.
